Year round:
To secure a reservation, we require a first payment of at least $500. No refunds for reservations cancelled less than 14 days before occupancy; 50% refund for cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in. $500 damages deposit refunds are made after check-out and inspection.
Signed rental agreement must be returned to us.
Placer County requires we charge 10% occupancy tax and North Lake Tahoe Tourism District requires an additional 2% tax on the rental, cleaning, and pet fee; 12% tax total.
Maximum 10 occupants.
No smoking.
Additional $50 pet fee per stay if permission to bring a well-mannered dog is granted by owners. No pets unless agreed to in advance and specified in contract.
